TMD Group is association of car parts manufacturers from the area of Gradačac i Brčko District which continues tradition of making car parts for brand manufacturers, that lasts more than fifty years. Today, TMD Group is a serious supplier to some of the most important systematical suppliers in auto industry. With help of forging and machine processing technology we are ready to response market demands.

TMD MIBO godisnje proizvodi 2,5 milijuna komponenti za kotrljanje i prstenove za austrijsku firmu FAG AG. Poduzece je certificirano po ISO 9001:2000 i koncentrira se na abgratiranje, frezanje, okretanje i busenje metalnih djelova. Firma je opremljena modernom tehnologijom i posjeduje zavidan masinski park, CNC strugove marke Emag i Index.

New facility in Gradačac will be equiped with 5 forging lines: 4 lines will be for ring rolling forging and one line for press forging.

Installed capacity :

Line 1 (6 tons per day / 1560 tons per year)

Line 3 (4 tons per day / 1040 tons per year)

Line 4 (8 tons per day / 2080 tons per year)

It was built in 2004. with six employees and today has forty employees. The first production began in 2005. and today has production in two lines.

2 inductors for material heating

4 presses for forging and calibration

Production of blanks up to 25 kg weight for elements for process and automobile industry.Welding max 580 A and 100 V. Inside group we specialized for manufacturing on computer numerical control machines (CNC).

Our members are ready to offer services of tool room, as well as section for cool flatting metal sheets thickness up to 1,5 mm.

TMD Group with its members ensures daily 20000 inside and outside bearings. More than 200 different types of bearings are delivered to our customers, and our welding sector is able to offer forged steel products up to Ø 500 mm.

Manufacturing of pulley for electromotors is on level of 1500 pieces a day.

Quality control system is in synchronisation with demands of standard ISO 9001:2000, which is certified in year 2005.The major part in production is related to manufacturing of bearings as co operant for group Shaffer.
